Tension Belt Roll-Up System (100 % printable)

With the Tension Belt Roll-Up System it's very easy to roll-up your tension belt. Just insert one end in the axle, close the cover und turn the hand crank. Open the cover and press the three flaps to eject the rolled up tension belt.

I've printed with the PolyLite™ PLA Pro from Polymaker (grey) for the highly stressed parts, because it has a higher tensile strength (about 35.65 MPa in X-Y and 39.66 in Z). Make sure that the gearbox runs smoothly.

The assambly is simple and there are no tools requiered!

• Width: 20 - 25 mm
• Maximum length: 5 m
• Thicknes: 1 mm

Planetary Gear Ratio: 1 : 3.25
