The Boker Kalashnikov has a weakness that the blade can easily overtravel while the button lock is pressed and the blade is closed quickly.  Over time this will result in a chip or dull spot on the blade where it contacts one of the handle spacers.  I primarily close my blade by holding the button while folding it against my thigh so I am never really thinking about not pressing the blade to far inside the handle.  This should take much of the worry out of the equation and help maintain the blade free of dull spots.

Version 1 is a somewhat minimal design which really only serves to cradle the blade.  The assumption being that hitting PLA/TPU along a large area is mush gentler than hitting steel over a very small area.

Version 2 is designed to fill the entire gap between the handle scales giving the blade full support on closure, and providing a little more surface to the jimping under the thumb when in use.

Also included here is the tool I designed to hold the blade in the closed lock position if you wish to make your own adjustments or measurements.  Works perfectly fine in PLA as long as you don't apply too much force.

Dimensions should be good enough that a properly setup printer should print a usable part in PLA without any trimming.  ABS will need to be scaled, but I am not sure by how much

Also, this is specifically for the regular 3.25" Boker Kalashnikov dagger profile, not the mini or the XXL, and will likely need adjustments for the bowie or drop point styles.
