Samsung Galaxy S25 Mount for Bike Handlebars

Samsung Galaxy S23, S24, S25 mount for bike handlebar for phones with a case.

Easy clip in, no obstruction of the screen, angle is adjustable. The phone is fully usable while in the mount.

You will need additionally

• 4x M3.5 x 16 screws (ISO 7046)
• 4x M3.5 nuts (ISO 4032)

The assembly CAD file is included in the STEP file folder, self-explanatory for putting together. 

Print files for Prusa Mini+ included.

Instructions

1. Print in PETG or ASA
2. Ideally use 4 perimeters for the clamps
3. Install 4 nuts in the top clamp
4. Screw on the iPhone mount with 2 screws
5. Use a rubber pad between the handlebar and the clamps for a tight fit.
6. Tighten the clamps on the handlebar in the desired position with the last 2 screws
