Press these vibration dampers (I recommend 3 per panel) into the “egg-crate” design of the printer to pinch the enclosure panel against the base. No gluing is necessary.
There are different versions for different thickness panels, up to 4 mm thick. Let me know if you need an even thicker version.
I suggest printing just one first and test fitting so that you can determine how many walls, top and bottom layers, and what infill ratio are right for your material. (I've found the tolerances on the sides and back of my base are different). I used 95A TPU and 2 walls, 3 top+bottom layers, and 10% infill.
