Most of the build is the same as the original Duender. Use the Duender STEP file alongside this one to figure out the build. The BOM from there should be enough unless you only have 2 z axis rod kits and are missing M3 screws, nuts, and t-nuts. I do recommend buying a pack of 550 mm v-slot extrusions if you want to have the full z axis distance. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B099MPZ9K5?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title Also, makes lining up the z axis a lot easier.

The only difference will be the z axis prints and a base case for the electronics.

You can use a CR10 and CR10s.
I have not used it with any other variation, be sure to measure extrusion length if you plan to do so.

I have provided blank panels if you want to make your own. Mirror the panels if you want to make it for the right side.

Printing

The base case was printed with PLA and a large size printer ie. Elegoo Neptune 3 Max. You should be able to split the parts and melt together with a soldering iron or remix for smaller printers.

There will be some supports required on the panels, post bigs, and front stabilizer.

All STLs are oriented as I printed.

Building Tips

The base extrusions are the same from CR10, just spaced 20mm. Use the 20mm spacer in accessories to help line it up. The z axis uprights use the CR10 x axis extrusions and and top extrusion. The uprights are the same CR10 ones. The y axis rail comes from the CR10 y axis extrusion. The front and back top braces are the 400 mm extrusion either from the top or front/back of the base from the CR10.

You will not be able to use the large adjuster wheels for the bed springs. You should be able to print your own. You can screw directly into the print or make use of an M4 nut or heatset insert.

The z axis post on the side needs to be 134 mm away from the rear extrusion.

For the base case it requires 14 M3 t-nuts, 14 M3x18 screws, 10 M3x8 screws, and 10 M3 nuts.
