The PSU back cover made by fasteddy fit the PSU and my bear 2.1 frame perfectly. I did open up the bottom of the case for ease of running the cables.

I used this receptacle for the case: Amazon.com: BIQU 15A 250V Rocker Switch Power Socket Inlet Module Plug 5A Fuse Switch with 5Pcs 16-14 AWG Wiring 3 Pin IEC320 C14 : Industrial & Scientific. It comes prewired and I needed more room to run the wires.

The template for the IEC320 receptacle came from BEAR Meanwell Folding cover by thsturgill - Thingiverse.

There is a sacrificial surface on the receptacle box attachment points to aid in bridging at the hole. These will need to be cut/drilled out after printing.

You can get the PSU side attachments from the remix link and the psu_lower_mount_silver.stl from gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade: Stronger frame for Prusa i3 MK2(s), MK2.5 and MK3 (github.com).

You will need two M3x8 screws and nuts to attach the receptacle to the box.  You will need two M3x10 screws and nuts to attach the receptacle box to the hinged cover.

Other required hardware and instructions are in the remix link. The hex nuts that secure the hinged cover started to spin when I tightened the M3x10 screw. I decided to put a drop of glue on them to secure them in place.
