This is a pivot-ball-adjustable RC car stand for you to display your prized RC car collection!
Overview
There are 3 post heights (plus a short non-pivoting post plus a small plinth which is handy for 12th/10th pan-style cars or similar.
The position of the pivot/display platform can be adjusted by loosening the two bolts clamping it and moving to the desired angle - noting it will move through about ~45degs from horizontal in any direction up and down. There are 6 optional holes in the platform to attach the pegs that enable you to position your car/model as desired without it sliding off the stand!
Experiment with the angles and peg positions to best display your car :-)
I have also made the finished printed product (incl. hardware and adhesive pads) available on my shop: www.GrandPrix3D.store
Assembly
Requires min. 4 to ~8 of M3x16mm counter sunk bolts (Note: for the USA standard hardware; you could probably get away with equivalent length 4-40x5/8" bolts, but be careful not to strip the threads as 4-40 is ever so slightly smaller dia.)
Suggested example source at RC T-works for the bolts.
You will need 4x bolts to attach the base/post/clamp/platform (ie 2x for the clamp). Additional bolts are used depending on the quantity of locating pegs for your desired setting, they require 1 bolt per peg.
You can stick rubber or felt pads if desired to the underside of the base to suit your display surface.
