Stealthburner Rapido v2 Tool Cartridge with Pz-Probe WIP

Just my attempt to make a tool cartridge that would enable the use of the PZ-Probe washer from E3D with the Rapido 2 hotend. My first attempt at modifying a pre-existing design with intentions to distribute it to others, so any feedback would be welcome. 

Note that this is very much a Work In Progress and I haven't thought about or implemented anything that would allow routing of the cable.
