Modular Hexagon Bins Wall or Pegboard Mount - 88g per frame!

These modular parts bins are designed to use as little material as possible without sacrificing strength or usability. The modular design allows for nearly infinite arrangements. These bins are 100% printable with only minor assembly needed for pegboard mounting, or require 4 screws per frame for wall mounting.

There are two mounting options; pegboard or wall mount. For pegboard mounting, you will need 4pcs pegpins per frame. These pins are designed to fit a standard 1/8" pegboard with ¼" holes 1" O.C. The pins are plastic welded into place after printing, read instructions for additional details. Pins should be printed at 100% infill.

For wall mounting use standard wood or drywall screws. Anchors may be needed if mounting to drywall or similar.

The bins and frames are printable without supports. Bins take about 11g each, frames take about 44g. 88g total per frame!

0.4mm nozzle or smaller for all files.

If you have issues with bins being too tight or too loose, scale them up or down very slightly to compensate, do not scale the frame.

PegPins are only needed for pegboard mounting.

You will probably need to print multiple bins at once, or pause between layers. This is to allow each layer to cool before printing the next.
