These are some of the 3d printed additions I designed for my Arzopa S1 15.6 inch portable monitor.
As the Arzopa S1 does not have any mounting holes so I designed a clamp, that attaches to it and which can be used to mount it to things. The clamp has three attachment points, each featuring a 20x20mm hole pattern for m3 screws to thread directly into the plastic, in the center of that square hole pattern is a larger hole that can be used to attach 1/4 " camera accessories.
The clamp is only secured to the screen with a friction fit so it has to be printed very precisely and it most likely will not fit any other portable screens.
Print Instructions:
Before you print you have to orient the parts correctly, just use the auto orient feature in your slicer for that. Ideally print this model in a stronger and more temperature resistant filament like PETg or ABS. PLA will NOT work for the screen accssories, as it creeps over time and so the friction fit will loosen.
In order for the bracket to work perfectly it has to be printed accurately, so compensate for shrinkage. I also suggest at least three walls and 30% cubic infill to get enough strength.
I adjust for ABS shrinkage by scaling the model to 100.5% (Bambu Lab P1S and Sunlu ABS) , but it depends on the filament and printer and print speed.
