I have seen several user solutions for supporting Honeycomb Panel using the legs of xTool D1 Pro but most of them were designed for standard frame.
As the distance between the legs is quite large the Honeycomb Panel can't support itself so I decided to make supports for 16mm White Standard Particleboard on which you can place the panel with the aluminium sheet bottom (if you have no protection will burn the panel). The size of the board is 477mm x 1100 mm. If you wish you can place any fixings to hold the Honeycomb Panel on the particle board later.
The legs of the xTool laser cutter are fixed to the floor (using feet fixture - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5712149 ) of the enclosure and that makes it quite stable and does not allow the particle board to move. For the position of the board support I adjusted the top part of the leg by loosening the screw (inside the top leg), marking the correct position and tightening it again. It is easier to install if you pre-screw the two leg extensions on the 3D printed part and then adjust the position.
Parts were printed in PETG, 0.2 height, 0.4 nozzle. Supports were used only in the bottom part to support the first edge where the screw starts, I blocked the supports after that as will be hard to get it out.
