Asembly tips from @GlennBrockett
Make sure everything that needs to slide does before final assembly.
For assembly, pass a smaller runner band through the barrel and press fit the slug in place. Put the barrel in the slide and hook the band on the catch in the slide. Slide the insert in and press onto the barrel. A dab of glue between the insert to the frame and as needed to hold the other parts together.
