This hand powered air pump was designed to more quickly suck out the vacuum bags that are commonly used to keep filament dry.
See the images for instructions on where to set up the filament colour change to switch between PLA and either a rigid TPU or SoftPLA, check that your PLA filament prints alright with your TPU profile.
The plunger body is all one file so use Right Click > Split > Split to Objects to separate each part for slicing.
In the sectioned image, the black parts are also printed in a flexible filament as they will act as seals.
For assembly you will need 5x 35mm M3 bolts and 5x M3 Nuts, four of which will be used to sandwich the plunger stack together and the fifth will be used to secure the Plunger Rod onto the plunger body. I also used 4 zipties to hold the top and bottom frames onto the pipe. The pips is a 90mm OD pipe that is about 285mm long.
To attach the valves, glue them on with either CA glue or 5 minute epoxy in the orientation that they are found in the sectioned image. The same goes with the Pump Handle
Add a little oil or other lubricant between the two black seals before inserting it into the tube, it will make it seal better and move more easily.
