Parametric drill guide 90°

Parametric drill guide for straight holes with every drill bit size.

The opposing cutouts enable precise positioning as well as chip evacuation. 

I found specifying the bore hole .4 mm larger than the drill bit gave a snug but not tight fit. 
 

Since different printers/filaments will give varying fits I uploaded the Freecad design file so you can specify whatever diameter fits your needs. Simply change the “bore hole diameter” value in the spreadsheet.

You can use my hole gauge to find out which diameter fits your setup.
