SpinR4K – Dual-Use Filament Stand & Storage System

I designed this simple but sturdy filament holder to keep your spools organized and spinning smoothly. It uses 32 standard 608RS bearings for low-friction rotation, no drag, no resistance, just clean feed to your printer.

The frame is built around two ½-inch round steel rods, each 14 3/16 inches long, which gives it plenty of support without being bulky. It holds up to four 1kg filament spools at once. I originally designed it around Creality Hyper PLA rolls, but it works with pretty much any standard 1kg filament spool.

If you’re into customizing things, I’ve also included the Fusion 360 file and a STEP file, so you can tweak the design to fit your needs.
