PegPin was designed to address printability issues with pegboard
organizers. It is currently designed to fit a standard 1/8” thick imperial
pegboard, with 1/4” holes spaced 1” on center. If there is interest in
compatibility with other systems please reach out to me.
It is a fully printed, user friendly, strong, stable, and reuasable method of attaching printed organizers to pegboard walls. All you need is a 6mm W x 6mm T x 4mm D recess to integrate this system with your organizer design.

I had 6 main goals I wanted this system to accomplish.
Easily Printed:
Most models I have found require supports of some kind, I wanted a design
which could be dropped on a bed and printed, regardless of use. I also wanted a
design that worked well with PLA
Easily Integrated:
While a simple circular extrusion can absolutely produce a useable pegboard
mount, it can introduce issues with print allignment, and may not be easy for
beginner designers. I wanted a premade file which could be integrated by
nearly anyone with any software.
Strength:
A clear major drawback to printed pegboard attachments is the pegs are
notoriously easy to break. This calls back to the issue of design and integration;
most models cannot be oriented for proper strength.
Stability:
I have a pet peeve for loose pegboard connections. You try to put one thing
away and knock fifteen more off. Your tool wall can be turned into a wind chime
by a shaky printer. Putting things away can sometimes take two hands. I
wanted a pegboard attachment that stayed where I put it.
Removable:
Some printed clip systems can be used with pegboards, and they absolutely
work great. Only one problem, If you decide to reorganize, the pegboard can be
damaged removing a clip.
Fully Printable:
There are systems which can meet all of these criteria, but they usually require
parts of some kind. I wanted a system I could produce without leaving my
studio or stocking parts
If selling files or prints using this design you are responsible for ensuring it works for it's intended function. I make no guarantees this design will work in any way shape or form.
