Sovol Zero Side Spool

Inspired by https://www.printables.com/model/1252771-sovol-zero-side-spool-holder-and-filament-sensor-m, I wanted one that was a little smaller and used less plastic.  I found that the model bowed a bit under the weight of a full spool of filament, so I built in a 1.5 degree angle into the spool to compensate.  I used PLA, but I'm sure any filament type would work fine.
