80mm CNC spindle magnetic dust shoe - dust boot for 100mm hose

Dust shoe for 80 mm spindle with magnetic brush and extension for longer cutters.
For use with a 100mm diameter hose.
Entirely designed without unnecessary constrictions to take advantage of the full air flow

The brush and extension are attached by 4 magnets with a diameter of 15 mm and a thickness of 3 mm.
Base fixed to the spindle by one M6 screw.

PRINTING
Printing does not require the use of supports. If your printer has a problem with bridges you can set the supports just in place of the magnets.
I printed from PETG with 0.24 layer and 60% fill, 2 perimeters.

- 16 15mm / 3mm magnets (8 magnets if you do not print the extension)
- 1 M6 screw
- 1 M6 nut
- 1 washer for M6 screw
