I purchased 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4mm magnet wire for use in electronics projects for cleaner wiring. They came on small spools, so I decided draw up a small spool holder that has guide holes to dispense the individual wires.

Made this one on OnShape, and in my haste made no effort to parameterise any of the dimensions for the sketches and extrusions. But the document is there with export enabled if you want to try and modify it further for your own use case.

Print:
0.2mm, 25% infill.
No support, though might be helpful depending on your printer for the threads.
Base prints standing up, you can change this if you think spool holes won't print correctly.
Rod prints best standing up vertically.

Assembly:
Feed wires through the guide holes for each spool, then push the rod through all the spools and use a large flat head screwdriver to screw the rod in to the other side of the holder. It might be difficult to screw in depending on how the threads printed.
