Realistic RED WASP Deterrent

Red wasps are very territorial… Anyone that's been stung by one knows that (ask me how I know)! But that doesn't mean you have to give up your territory for them! Preventing them can be as easy as creating a false nest! 🤯 Place these fake, yet realistic, nests around your property and become wasp free without the use of chemicals. 👍

UPDATE: Based on personal experience and public feedback, these deterrents work GREAT for deterring RED WASPS but “yellow jackets” (social wasps), mud daubers, and carpenter bees seem to be unfazed by the fake nests. At this time, I cannot advise whether these deterrents work for other species of bees/wasps.

These are modeled in multiple sizes and with multiple mounting options from using a screw, to nail hole, to simply hanging from a branch/twig. Most likely, there's an option perfect for an existing place you have in mind!

NOTE: The 80% scale model is definitely the most realistic sized faux nest!

Material: Any! PLA will fade overtime but if so, just print another!

Layer Height: 0.2mm - Lower for finer layer lines.

Perimeters/Walls: 2 - No need to make these strong.

Infill: 10% Cubic - Save your filament for something that needs strength.

Brim: Not Necessary
