Hello everyone, AnkleKris is back with my newest creation!

Today, I present to you the Prusa Core One Universal Spool Holder — one that doesn’t discriminate against smaller diameter spools, like eSUN for example. It's simple, quick to use, and designed for convenience.

For smaller spools, just unscrew the cap, insert the spool, and screw it back in to secure it. Easy! I've made this holder flush with the case to ensure the spool stays perfectly in place and doesn’t peek out of its intended area.

In the video, you'll notice that each spool shown is a different size to demonstrate the flexibility of the holder!

Printing is quick and simple — no supports needed! After printing, just insert the pins into the slots and attach it like you would the original holder.

I printed mine at 0.25mm layer height, but anything below that works great too.
I've also included a second screw design if you prefer more grip when tightening or loosening the cap.

Print Settings Suggestion

Layer height: 0.25 mm or finer

Supports: None required

Infill: 15% or more (depending on desired strength)

Material: PLA/+ or stronger (PETG/ABS for extra durability)

Assembly: Insert pins into slots, screw cap as needed

Extras: Optional grip screw included for easier handling
