Ikea HEMMNA insert for gothic lantern

Designed this insert for the Gothic Lantern By Shira to be able to use an IKEA HEMMNA lamp fitting.

I cut the spokes from the top piece out with a wire cutter. This piece is designed for a very tight fit. I Screwed in the lamp into the hole and sanded the edge of it to fit snug into the bottom piece. I cut of the wire clip at the end of the cable so i could feed it through a hole from the top piece where i attached a power plug.
