DIN Rail Case for Raspberry Pi 3 4 5/Orange Pi/Raxda Rock…

Since I was tired of buying a new case for every SoC, I thought there must be a universal solution.

So I developed a modular case that can be adapted to specific needs. It can be used with Raspberry Pi 5, Rock64, OrangePi, or any other credit card-sized SBC.
 

The following hats have been tested and fit into the respective bezel:

Additional features:
 

• You can place an RTC battery under the SoC.
• A Waveshare 1.69" LCD module fits into the top of the guide: https://www.waveshare.com/1.69inch-lcd-module.htm  together with a 4x button module.
• A cover for a 2.0-inch TFT display is included https://goldenmorninglcd.com/de/tft-display-module/2-inch-240x320-st7789v-gmt020-02 
• You can use your own bezels.
• If anything changes, only the necessary parts need to be adjusted.

The mechanism for attaching it to the top-hat rail was taken from another project, which unfortunately can no longer be found.

Da ich es leid war, für jedes SoC ein neues Gehäuse kaufen zu müssen, dachte ich mir, dass es eine universelle Lösung geben müsste.

Daher habe ich ein modulares Gehäuse entwickelt, welches an die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse angepasst werden kann. Es kann z.B. mit Raspberry Pi 5, Rock64, OrangePi oder jedem SBC in Kreditkarten Format genutzt werden.

Folgende Rpi-Hats wurden getestet und passen in die Blende die auf dem Bild sichtbar ist:

Weitere Gimmicks:

• Sie können unter dem SoC eine RTC-Batterie unterbringen
• Oben in die Führung passt ein Waveshare 1.69" LCD Modul: https://www.waveshare.com/1.69inch-lcd-module.htm zusammen mit einem 4x Taster Modul

• Es können eigene Blenden verwendet werden.
• Falls sich etwas ändert müssen lediglich die notwendigen Teile angepasst werden.

Mechanismus zur Befestigung an der Hutschiene wurde einem anderen Projekt entnommen, welches leider nicht mehr wieder zu finden ist.
