DIY Fuel Pump Lock Ring Removal Tool for Volvo S60, S80, V70, XC70, XC90 (P2 platform) #Volvo

This is a DIY Fuel Pump Lock Ring Removal Tool made specifically for Volvo models including the S60, S80, V70, XC70, and XC90 (P2 platform). I fabricated the tool from scrap metal, using a 20x20 mm L-shaped profile that I bent to form the main U-shaped frame. To reinforce the bent structure and maintain its rigidity under torque, I welded two 10x10 mm square profile braces diagonally across the frame. These angled arms securely engage with the notches on the fuel pump lock ring, providing strong grip and making removal or installation much easier and safer.
