Here's my attempt to recreate this very detailed phaser. It took some work, but features a neat sliding top that moves the popup sight up and down, removable power cell, and squeezable trigger for that fidgety satisfaction.
February 4 2026 - Added a closed loop belt clip.
December 3 2025 - Updated the grip bottom area for more accurate details to better match the prop. Also added a new stand to fit. Also recently updated the slide panels and popup panel with more even surfaces for cleaner printing.
Update August 15 2025 - Fixed the 14-Popup panel that had some unaligned angles and made it slightly sturdier for printing at 45 degree angle. Fixed the 2-Tail part to now have deeper grooves for the top trim.

Update May 25 2025 - Added a custom ‘bucket’ style holster that's more traditional and easier to draw from. Not sure how tight it is since it hasn't been printed yet.
Update May 10 2025 - Added a new v2.1 slide and trim where instead of tabs there's a continuous ledge to glue the trim to. This also helps hide the gap between the trim and the body. Also added the holster.
Update April 27 2025 - After my first test build I made a lot of updates, so they've been gathered up and redone as v2 files. Please redownload all files for the current versions. Biggest thing is the difficult trim is easier to attach and the trigger now stays put.
There are a lot of parts and many require supports.
Uses 5x5mm magnets to hold the power cell and slide rail in place. Ignore the holes on the popup and body, you really don't need magnets there since it stays put well enough on its own.
The orange serial number tag on the tail is included as a pdf file.
Display stand and holster included.
Filaments used were all PLA: Overture Space Gray, Ziro Diamond Silver Gray (for dark gray, but not my favorite choice), Elegoo Matte Black, CC3D Silk Copper.
