Cable Raceway - adjustable size, comb, screw holes

A cable raceway that can be easily adjusted using Fusion 360 Parameters.

Parameters available:

• length
• width
• height
• screw hole diameter
• “screws every x” - create a screw hole every ‘x’ comb openings
• comb width - main comb opening width
• comb gap - top gap at comb opening

Attached STLs

Listed dimensions are length x width x height in mm. All have 10mm comb opening and 3mm screw holes.

• 150x45x30, holes every 2, 4mm top gap
• 300x45x30, 3 total holes, 4mm top gap
• 400x45x30, 3 total holes, 6mm top gap
  • This is what I used in the picture, the top gap is wider to clear my CAN cable

Bonus

Zero G DIN rail mounts with logo (source here)! Uses one heatset per mount. 

• one specific for 45mm wide versions with a little lip on it
• one general mount without a lip for any width

• Added parameters for:
  • screws every x - instead of one screw hole per comb opening, this adds a screw hole every ‘x’ openings
  • comb width - main comb opening width
  • comb gap - width of the top gap for the comb
• Changed width parameter to be total width instead of half width
• Rounded the bottom of the comb opening instead of chamfered
• Extended the “comb separator” in the lid a bit thicker for more positive engagement
• Add a fillet from the bottom plate to the wall for stronger wall joint
• Added a bit more lid tolerance (0.2mm between top of comb and lid).
