Surker / Wahl Hair Clipper Guards #9, #11

the teeth are a little long on the #11s.  they're the right depth, but they stick out like 20% further than the #12 wahl hair clipper guard.

This remix adds sizes #9, 11.

I opened up bendavis' freecad model and changed the parameter guard #, per his instructions.

I have only tested #11, which works fine on my wahl clippers.
