Printing instructions:

To achieve a rough surface, use the "fuzzy skin" option in Orca, setting it as shown in the following image:

The option "fuzzy skin" only needed to print the sponge. The result should look like this:

No need to use suports, print as in the photo:

You can use a little glue to join the pieces together if you think it is necessary.
