Raspberry Pi 3 and 4 case for 40mm fan

This is a remix of this case (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/24942-raspberry-pi-34-b-case/comments). 
I added some height to create space for a fan. The case is designed to fit a 40x40x10mm fan like the Noctua NF-A4x10 5V.

I have made a version for M3 threaded inserts and a version for screwing in the M3 bolt directly.

For printing the stripes and logo in different colors, you have to align the case part with it in your slicer. Afterwards, print the logo or stripes, leave on the build plate after the print is finished and print the case part over it.
