Music Pill is a bluetooth enabled mobile speaker which is reusing old Bambulab cardboard spools. If there is no more cardboard spool, there is also a “fake spool” included in the project.

 

Required tools:

  • Soldering Ion

 

Required parts:

 

Step 1: Solder speakers

Step 2: Solder Adafruit 4410 and Switch

Step 3: Mount switch into backpanel - move Adafruit 4410 through the switch mount hole

Step 4: Install Adafruit 4410 by pressing the locker through the holes

Step 5: Solder power cables to XY-BT5W

Step 6: Install speakers in the top part

Step 7: Install caps

Step 8: Prepare battery by putting the battery between both battery holder parts

Step 9: Install battery into the cardboard spool (or fake-spool)

Step 10: Install top part to the card spool and put the wires through the battery holder. 

Step 11: Tighten cables

Step 12: Install electronics into bottom part

Step 13: Solder seaker wires to the amplifier board

Step 14: Install the amplifier board and lock it with the locker

Step 15: Connect the battery

Step 16: Install the connector plate

Done! Lets rock!
