This pick is thin with just a few layers thick, but works surprisingly well. I printed the one in the image in PLA but would be interested how one would work with the different properties of PETG, ABS, or TLA (post makes below!)
Print Instructions: printed on Ender 3 v3-SE (Cura slicer)
+ Standard printer settings will work with this file.
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Layer Height: I used 0.16mm (0.2mm will work)
Infill: 100%, this thing is all layers
Temperature/Material: dependent on filament recommendations
Supports: No
Build Plate Adhesion: Skirt
Model Orientation: Print with flat part of pick facing down.
Post-Processing: None
+ I used PLA for this print, however, if you're concerned about durability or other properties, this can easily be printed in PETG or ABS.
+ The design was simple from a *.png file I created in Gimp (free photo editing software) and exported as 3 separate layers as SVG files.
