Prusa Mini Speed Handle

Update Jan 31 2022:

• added alignment wings to keep it straighter when tightening the screws
• added version in case I need to change more later (unlikely)

This is a remix of @Nick14's awesome handle design.

• made it narrower by 4mm, as the original is just a touch wider than I'd like
• changed the holes from M6 to M5.
• added some chamfers
• widened two of the cross pieces, as they seemed a bit too thin compared to the others
