10" rackmount - Mercusys MS108GP PoE switch

This is a fitted 10" rackmount for the Mercusys MS108GP POE switch. 

The Mercusys MS108GP POE switch is an affordable switch for basic POE functionality, for instance Raspberry Pi's, Home Assistant boxes and smart home boxes. It also fits almost perfectly in a 10" rack! 

There is a small block at the back stopping the switch from moving. This is not natively super tight, as tilting the switch in then wont work. I added a small part of soft foam to the block, letting me angle the switch in while still keeping it in place. Let me know how this works, and if it needs adjustment. 

Required hardware: 

Screws and cage nuts that came with your cabinet, nothing else 

Current variations: 

Fitted version for the switch. This one is fairly beefy, because I didn't want the back to creep over time. If there is interest in a lighter version, I can make that. Let me know if that is the case. 

Printing instructions: 

Strength at your discretion. I printed with the following settings: 

• 3 perimeters
• 15% infill
• Gyroid 
• PETG (for heat resistance) 

Print either flat or on its face. Flat should give better structural integrity in terms of layer orientation. I have printed mine standing on it's face in order to get the textured plate pattern on the front.
