I got a regular chuck and an SDS chuck in a Bosch rotary hammer set and swapping to one leaves the other bare and smearing oil all over the place. Here's a dust cover to keep the lubricant wet and where it belongs.
I printed in PETG for better resistance to chemicals and bashing around in the case. Give it enough perimeters that the three prongs get printed solid.
Make sure the locking bumps are smooth before putting it on. Light sanding may be in order. Otherwise it will be difficult to get it off again. Guess how I know that one.
Also still allows to remove the tool from the SDS chuck.
