Adjustable Geared Hinge with Screws

Version 2 (recommended) 

• works with all doors from 3-6mm thickness 
• added a slotted hole on the mounting Side of the Door
• added a M5 Thread, so you just need Screws to fasten the “Spange” 
• prevents from loosen the nuts 

For assembly for Version 2 you need:

4x M5x12 or M5x16 or M5x20 Cylinder Head Screws 

4x M5x15mm Washer

may you have to cut the thread after printing

Version 1 (just for archive)

• works with all doors from 3-6mm thickness 

For assembly for Version 1 you need:

2x M5x55 Cylinder Head Screws 

4x M5x15mm Washer

2x M5 Nut

For mounting on 20x20mm Aluminum Extrusion:

2x M5x10 or 2x M5x8 Cylinder Head Screws

and last but not least the screw, washer, nut for your door.

I think it can take a fair bit more torque than the original version, has a larger spread angle, and is easier to print.
