There are several outstanding models for holding a Dewalt battery, but they were overkill for my needs. I was looking for a very simple wall mount battery holder, that was non locking, and friction fit.
While the vast majority of the models were design like the bottom side of the tool I wasn't willing to spend several hours to find out these precision models measurements maybe off, when printed from my printer.
In turn I made a much simpler design with looser tolerances to hopefully allow for a greater success rate, without the need for rescaling of the model.
Model has been tested to fit the Dewalt the 1.5, 2, and 5aH 20V batteries.
You should be able to print this model with your standard PLA or PETG settings.
I used 15% cubic infill.
The model is to be printed in a vertical fashion with one of the open ends placed on the build surface. No supports are necessary.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
