Case to fit the 6 player 3d printed version of Catan.
(Dakanzla files)
4x 3d printed inserts to hold the terrain pieces for settlers of catan in the 6 players case I built. Each is sized 143mm x 182.5mm x 84.6mm
No supports needed in the printing of them.
In the bottoms of each piece I have a part just a couple layers thick showing the colour so that you know where to put the terrain pieces away.
I've printed them in 0.2mm layers.
All the pieces fit into a 390x312x182mm wooden box.
For the wood I used 12mm & 6mm MDF offcuts I had lying around.
You should be able to just get all the wooden pieces from 2 small sheets of MDF/plywood.
1x 900x600x12mm
1x 900x600x6mm
12mm MDF for the sides and top of the lid. 6mm for both horizontal parts and bottom of the lid. I then glued the box together with PVA and gave a clear coat of polyurethane.
I've uploaded the fusion 360 archive file so you can see how the case fits together and the sizes of the wood needed.
Designed to go with my base game player cases.

Working on a 2nd case for the Cities & Knights & Seafarers expansions as well once I've finished printing my seafarers parts. (Cities & Knights already printed)
