The “flat offset” shelf brackets were designed to accommodate vertically oriented 1010 extrusion that was in the back left and right corners. The aluminum frame in my project is perpendicular to the tabletop of my desk, and these brackets allow me to secure shelves to the 1010 extrusion. 

These shelf brackets were designed as part of a huge desk remodel project that I completed in February 2025. There are over 18 different brackets for 1010 series extrusion, and a project guide was build for anyone looking to use or redesign these brackets. These are some of my first shelf bracket designs ever, let alone for 1010 extrusion.
