A tray to aid filling of Tinymight 2 dosing capsules, sized for the official capsules. A flat area is included to lay the prepared herb, and then a number of holes for the empty capsules to be added.
It might be worth printing out the "1x1 - fit test" model first to check that the capsules fit with your printer. It works for my 10 year old Robox printer with standard "medium" resolution using PETG filament. The capsule should slide in easily and fall out without getting stuck, but it should still be a close fit to stop material falling between the capsule and the hole. There's a small hole below each so you can poke a capsule out if it does get wedged in.
I measured the capsules as 11.5mm diameter and 8.5mm high (without lid), and to make these fit smoothly with a clearance fit I've fudged it with 0.5mm, thus making capsule holes 12mm in diameter and 9mm high. Change the capsuleFudge factor to adjust this.
IMPORTANT: I make no warranty or recommendations, etc. at all regarding vaping or the legality of this kind of "paraphernalia" in your country. In the UK as of 2024, I'm of the understanding that this design and usage of it is legal when used for legally-prescribed THC-based herb, as here the only legal way to use prescribed dry herb is by vaping. After all, you can grind up any old dry plant and vape it legally if it doesn't contain THC. As a result, I believe it's acceptable to post it here. However, this is your responsibility to find out for yourself in the jurisdiction you live.
