3/8 Aluminium U Channel Connector

I designed this to connect some aluminum channel I could get locally on an adjustable angle.

The hole is sized for an M4 bolt - a minimum of 16mm will just catch a nut - a bit longer is probably better :) 

This is designed to fit Steelworks (Hillman) Aluminum U Channel Plywood Trim 3/8"  - something I could find locally at a bunch of hardware stores.

Printing suggestions:
 

• I used PETG - other materials should work
• 15% infill seems to work, but feel free to adjust
• I used the variable layer height in PrusaSlicer to cut down on print time
• Print 1 to test the fit
• Make sure you end up with an even number of parts :)
