A simple tool to align your forks.  When misaligned they can bind creating a really rough ride.

Similar to the MotionPro fork alignment tool:

To use, set the chocks of the tool to the distance between your forks near the triple clamp.   Then check the distance as close to the hub as possible.   Loosen the clamps on the axle at the bottom of the forks and adjust with a rubber mallet so the distance is same top and bottom.

Its a little tricky to get it positioned just right with the fork protectors in place, so i had to remove them to use the tool.

The tool is designed to use a M5 screw and M5 heatsert for the locking mech.  You can also just use a M5 nut or wingnut.   Could probably just tape the parts together when at the top near the triple clamp.

Also includes a fixed version with 190mm spacing that works with my Beta RR 390 Race and Honda 450RL.   There's some slots spaced 190 and 150mm apart to verify your printer is calibrated properly.

Print with PLA because it shrinks the least and is just fine for this.
