This should be functionally the same as TL-PD400 tool.
Outer sleeve tightens the 10 mm nut and inner tightens the 7 mm one.
I have the PD-GR400. Haven't tested with others, but I'm guessing they use the same nuts.
You put the smaller tool inside the bigger one and slide them to the pedals axle hole.
Then adjust the bigger nut to a tightness where there's no play, but it spins freely. Then tighten the smaller nut against the bigger one to lock them in place.
Print the wide end on bottom. 0,2mm layers and 0,5mm line width.
PETG and PLA should be fine.
