My mother's bath tub faucet had a diverter stem that refused to stay in place. She was previously using a piece of oxygen tubing, and this proved easier to use.
I made this fitting out of flexible filament (ninjaflex) with my MK4S, 0.6mm nozzle and .1mm layer height. I have not tried with other materials, but I could see PETG having enough flex to maybe work as well.
Inner diameter measures 5mm with an opening of 3mm, so it will stay attached but is flexible enough to place and remove easily. It is 13mm high, but could be scaled up or down as needed.
It has a small nub to help take it off. I printed a small amount of support for this and clipped it to suit my needs. YMMV.
