uRider 1000 Protective Probe Cover

Made to fit Rockland Scientific 1000 uRider mounted to a Slocum G3S glider, high displacement pump fitting.

Printed with 0.4mm nozzle PC, 0.2 layer height, 3 walls, no supports, on a Prusa XL.  You can shorten the thinner section that sits aft when mounted if you don't have 350mm of clearance.  

I then marked where I wanted to make my screw mounts and used increasing sizes of drill bits to carefully drill out the necessary mounting holes.  Not including the holes for now allows for you to mount has necessary if you need more overhang.  

Sits nicely on the unit and doesn't move around, I didn't notice any accidental touches while on the back of the charter vessel pre-deployment, and the slight flexibility in the thinner section makes its easy to safely install and remove while the mission probes are installed.
