Very early, idea state!

Only wind guides and concept pics shown. .
Early impression, not usable now. Step files are placeholders w/o real function.

Concept:

Air drying through an Peltier element. The element works as air cooler (for vapour condensation) and filament warmer at the same time. Water vapour will condensate at the cold (here bottom) side of the Peltier. The top side (warm) rewarms the air (mid area) wich will be blown to the filament roll in the top chamber. The dry air will take some moisture from the outer layers of the (warmed) filament roll and goes down to the lower air channel and the cycle repeats.

Building details:

Separated cold and warm channels below the filament chamber. Divider plate between lower (cold) and upper channel (rewarming). Peltier element mounted under a copper plate that heats chamber up on normal operation. Copper works pretty good in heat distribution and it maybe only a thin layer needed . There is little element overheating risk on that big copper area too.

Peltier(s) cold side condensates the water out if the air (when cooled below dew point). One or more fans transport air through the system. The whole process can be slow, so there is much time for any step.

Water vapor / condensation never contacts the filament chamber on top. More design steps to blow the water out (eg. by an air flap while Peltier heats in reversed polarity) possible.

Sensors, thermal isolation etc. currently not shown.
