Introducing the Mantis Mini, this is a fully 3d printable pc case utilising a flex atx psu, low profile gpu and itx motherboard. Measuring 193.5 x 118.5 x 193mm this is a compact case which will fit in most small spaces.
This case supports a 47mm cpu cooler and uses a 15cm 180degree pcie riser. Using heat inserts and only 3 printed parts this case is easy to make and assemble.. It is designed to be compact while still looking sleek, this will fit in most small spaces and will not take up much desk room. Max gpu length is around 185mm meaning it is perfect for the gigabyte 4060 low profile or the rtx 4000 sff.
Fasteners needed for this build consist of;
-16 M3 x 6 button head
-16 M3 x 4 heat insert
-1 12mm power button
-4 sticky rubber feet roughly 10mm diameter
I have included a step file of the assembled case with fasteners to help with assembly. One thing to note, the power button will have to be connected before the outer shell is slid on, you will need to use a power button with a long enough cable to accommodate this.
I would advise printing this from abs or petg due to the heat that the case will need to withstand. You will need a printer with a 200x200x200 build volume for this case.
