deck box for 100 single or double sleeved cards

This is a deck box for a single or double sleeved 100 cards deck, plus an extra compartment for auxillary cards. Ideal for a Magic the gathering Commander deck. If you know the basics of FreeCAD you can easily adapt it to 60 cards or any desired size.

• The single sleeve variant is 65mm thick, the double sleeve version 75mm
• As pins to connect the hinges use pieces of raw filament and secure them with a drop of super glue.
• The lid wraps around the box and snaps shut. No magnets or other materials needed.

I included the FreeCAD file, which you can freely modify. In the file you find a table called “dim”. There you can customize things like how large the compartment for the deck is (deckStackLength), the size of the auxillary compartment (auxStackLength), or how hard the sides snap to the box (lidHookSnapOverlap).
