I took the liberty of parameterizing the .f3d model to make it easier to adjust the size. Right now it is for 88mm x 63mm cards.
To resize: set the “CardLen”, “CardWidth”, and “DeckThick” parameters to the actual size of your cards and it will add clearances (except for DeckThick - there is a parameter set to 0 that you can adjust called “DeckHeightExtra”).
I print this with the drawer set flat on its bottom, with snug supports below the pull tabs on each side. The outer box was printed on the flat end, with a 5mm brim to ensure it stays put on the print bed.
Printed:
My prints could have been improved by painting the seam on a corner of the box - note the seams above some of the symbols on the top of the box. I have done this for the .bgcode and .3mf files.
(BTW the photo shows that the green box was 5mm too wide for my cards - lesson learned, always measure twice and print once!)
The author remixed this model.
Modified the Fusion360 .f3d file to make it parameter-based. Adjusted the size to fit my 88 x 63 x 16 mm playing card deck. Added debossed card symbols to the top of the cover.
