TBS Source One V5 Side Guards/Protectors

This is a custom side guard designed specifically for the TBS Source One V5 FPV drone frame. On this frame, the ESC and flight controller stack are quite exposed, which often leads to dirt, grass, and debris buildup—making cleaning difficult and risking long-term damage.

This side guard solves that issue. It fully protects the sides of your stack while keeping the top open for airflow and the bottom fully closed for extra protection. It’s compatible with all types of stacks and ESCs thanks to its universal design.

Material: PETG is recommended for its flexibility, durability, and high heat resistance. (PLA is too fragile and TPU is too soft)

Print Settings: Use a high infill (50% or more) for added strength and durability.
