Minimal Raspberry Pi Zero Camera Mount

This tiny part allows mounting a Raspberry Pi camera module close to the location of a Raspberry Pi Zero on the MK3S+ so that it may be attached using the short supplied cable.

This gives a rather useful view of the nozzle and immediate print area, but does result in the camera view being rotated 90° clockwise. For Octoprint users this may be counteracted by installing the Camera Settings plugin, with the added benefit of increasing the zoom on the nozzle.
